I've always been thinking the song would sound better when played as swing. But I ended up doing something totally crazy that I've never seen. It changes from a binary to a ternary rhythm right in the song. The changes need a bit getting used to, because this is normally not done in music....
It's only been done between parts, but not like that.
I've mentioned the changes in the lyrics.

Lyrics
Chords

(Binary)
Verse #1
I call it like I see it
You could never be it
See your eyes are always closed
(Ternary) You don't see behind your Nose

Refrain
You know you wrong
(You know you wrong)
You know you wrong
(You know you wrong)
You know you wrong
(You know you wrong)
You know you wrong
(You know you wrong)
You see, I don't wanna fight, Jack
You ain't never right
You know you wrong
(You know you wrong)
You know you wrong

Verse #2
(Binary) The girl that you just met
Got you tied up like a pet
Got ya coming, got ya going
(Ternary) Got ya never ever known

Refrain

Bridge
(Binary) Even though I know you love this song
Sit and sing it all day long
Doesn't change the simple fact
(Ternary) Brother, you still don't know jack
No no!

Solo (Verse + Refrain)
(All Ternary this time)

Verse #3
(Binary) At the end of the day
I can always hear ya say
Everything happens,
(Ternary) Because it's your way

Refrain

Very simple stuff...
Verse:

A - A7

Refrain:
D7 - A (or A6/9# or something equally interesting)- E7 - D7 - A - E7 - A - E7

Bridge:
D7 - A - D7 - B7 - E7 - A - E7
